The Supervisory Board of ATM S.A. appointed Mr. Piotr Sieluk to the position of President of the Management Board of the Company.

Piotr Sieluk has over twenty-year managerial experience in the ICT, private equity, and consulting industries. He began his professional career in 1995 in the business consulting department at Deloitte&Touche. Later, he was engaged by EVIP International and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he dealt with privatisation and M&A projects. Between 2003 and 2005 he worked for Energis Polska, one of the first alternative ICT operators in the country, where he was in charge of the company strategy and development. When Energis Polska was taken over by GTS group, he started to cooperate with Gravitas Management investment fund. From 2005 to 2008 the fund engaged its capital in construction industry companies where he acted as the financial director and the CEO. Since 2008 he held the position of the CEO at GTS Polska and was responsible for building the value of the Polish section of GTS CE Group for the Polish consortia and American private equity funds. He held the said position until the company was sold to Deutsche Telekom group in 2014. In the last two years he has managed a Slovak ICT operator, BENESTRA s.r.o. Piotr Sieluk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and holds the diploma in MBA University of Minnesota.
