Sławomir Koszołko has been engaged in the telecommunications industry and the sector of data center services for nearly 20 years.
He began his professional career in 1997 at Arthur Andersen, a consulting firm. Since the very beginning he worked mainly for telecommunications sector clients in the capacity of a consultant. In 2001 he began to work at the position of a Manager in charge of the regulation, strategy and development areas at Energis Polska, an operator entering the Polish market. In 2006, after Energis Polska had been taken over by GTS Polska, he got engaged professionally in a newly formed integrated firm, where he worked until 2014. For most of the time, at first at GTS Energis, and thereafter at GTS Polska, he worked at the position of Strategy and Marketing Director. After the integration of GTS Polska with T-Mobile Polska, from October 2015 to May 2017, he worked at T-Mobile Polska where, in the capacity of Department Director, he was initially in charge of the marketing and business development areas in the business client segment, and during the last year - the corporate strategy of the entire firm. Sławomir Koszołko obtained his master’s degree at the Warsaw School of Economics at the Faculty of Finance and Banking. Moreover, he graduated from the Manchester Business School obtaining the MBA degree.
Tomasz Galas has managed technology companies for 18 years. In 1996 he started to work as a manager in the company ZWUT owned by Siemens. For two years from 1997, he worked for Telepage, where he managed financial processes and the restructuring of the company as Finance Director.
In 2001 he started cooperation with GTS Central Europe Group (now part of T-Mobile portfolio), where he participated in the creation and management of Internet Partners. In the following years he carried out the takeover and integration of Energis-Polska, managing the finances of the newly created GTS Energis. In 2007–2008 he held the position of CEO managing the business processes of the Group in Ukraine. In 2008 he became Chief Financial Officer to plan the strategy and coordinate the growth of the company's business whose turnover was over 470 m PLN. As a graduate of Electronics Department at Warsaw University of Technology, he has an engineering degree, and he graduated from the Business School of Warsaw University of Technology cooperating with the London Business School, gaining the diploma of Master of Science in Business.
