In June 2019, the management systems operating at ATM S.A. again obtained recertification for compliance with ISO standards:

• Quality Management System for compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Information Security Management System for compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard

The certificates have been granted for the next 3 years. The audit also resulted in the harmonization of the scope of certification of both standards, which currently includes: “Provision and maintenance of telecommunications services and data center services, including data transmission, Internet access, colocation, hosting, as well as dedicated server and cloud computing services”.

The recertification process was carried out by one of the leading accredited certification bodies: BSI (British Standards Institution). The audit covered all the company areas, and compliance confirmation applied to the full scope of both standards.

The summary of the audit results highlights the strengths of our organization, including the improvement of the management system, organizational culture and constant striving for perfect provision of services to our clients. Attention was paid to the systematic adaptation of solutions and processes to the clients’ requirements, relevant legal regulations, good practices and modern technological solutions. Our comprehensive approach to information security risk assessment – which takes into account legal requirements and setting actions and responsibilities to minimize it – was also appreciated.

For more than a year, the Quality Management System and the Information Security Management System have operated within one Integrated Quality and Information Security Management System, which allows ATM to optimally and comprehensively plan, delegate and implement actions in the field of process approach and data protection.
