Daniel Szcześniewski – President of the Management Board

For nearly fifteen years, he has been active in the areas of marketing and sales in the ICT, data center and telecommunications sectors. In the implemented projects, he was responsible for the go-to-market activities, including: product strategy, building sales channels, reaching new markets, increasing sales and building customer value.

In March 2019, he has been appointed President of the Management Board, after holding the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Atman for two years.

As CMO he strengthened Atman’s position as an integrated provider of IT services developed around colocation, hosting and cloud. Previously, he was responsible for marketing and management of the corporate segment, large enterprises and the SME sector at T-Mobile Polska. Until 2014, he contributed to the success of GTS Central Europe and participated in the processes of its integration with T-Mobile. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Tomasz Galas – Vice President of the Management Board

He has 18 years of experience in managing companies from the technology industry. At Telepage, he managed financial processes and business restructuring. He co-created and co-managed Internet Partners, a company owned by GTS Central Europe (currently part of the T-Mobile group). He carried out the acquisition and integration of Energis Polska, managing the finances of the newly established GTS Energis, and then managed the group’s business processes in Ukraine.

In 2008, he took the position of Chief Financial Officer, planning the strategy and coordinating the development of the business of the company with over PLN 470 million turnover. As a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology, he holds a master’s degree in engineering, and he also obtained the title of Master of Science in Business at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology that cooperates with the London Business School.

Adam Ponichtera – Chief Sales Officer

For nearly 17 years, he has been effectively building efficient sales departments and has managed large teams. Experienced manager and practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in 1997 at PTK Centertel. In the following years, he created the local branch of Telefonia Dialog with sales structures; he managed direct and indirect sales and built a reseller channel in eTel Polska. From 2006, he ran the Sales Department at Exatel for several years.

In GTS Polska, he managed the department of key accounts, and after the acquisition of GTS by T-Mobile Polska, as the Director of the Key Account Department, he was responsible for merging sales departments of both companies and integrating sales of mobile and ICT solutions for business. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the College of Management and Marketing in Warsaw.

Radosław Potera – Chief Technology and Operations Officer

He has gained experience throughout his 20-year career, especially in the implementation of large investments related to the construction of telecommunication infrastructure and in the planning and operation of both mobile and stationary telecommunication networks. He has managed areas of investment, operations, and research and development in domestic and international organizations.

He has developed strategic and financial plans for shareholders and banks, created start-ups and acquired practical knowledge about mergers and acquisitions as well as change management. His negotiation skills have helped him cooperate with clients, suppliers, local administration and government agencies. He is a graduate of The Telecoms Academy in London and has a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Poznań University of Technology.

Data center infrastructure and service

Dozens of data center engineers – who know how to locate your data best – monitor environmental conditions and ensure infrastructure security in our data centers. The vast knowledge and experience of engineers in this area is our foundation.

Network maintenance and development

Nearly 50 people are responsible for maintaining and developing our network. This team consists of over a dozen operators supervising the operation of our network, who work 24/7 and 365 days a week, ensuring uninterrupted network operation and access to data, several engineers managing network development and over 20 people planning and implementing your telecommunications services.


XaaS – i.e. Everything as a Service – is a team of over a dozen engineers who care about the stability and development of the dedicated servers farm and our cloud services platform, as well as other technologically advanced services such as BaaS, StaaS, etc. It is here that the product – invented and described by the marketing – is shaped technologically and configured.

Planning and implementation

Project managers, service implementation specialists, optimization experts – a team of ca. 30 people working for the success of each project execution. Their work lasts from the moment of submitting an offer tailored to your needs and technical conditions, through the process of launching the service, to ensuring that it is provided on time and in accordance with the contract and your requirements.

Back office

Almost 60 other people – whom you (as a client) do not contact directly, but who are important for the smooth running of the company – also work for our joint success. These include, among others such departments as procurement, internal systems, legal, human resources, financial and administration. Together with the front office teams, they contribute to the fact that you have uninterrupted access to your data.
