As per Art. 81 of the Public Securities Trading Law, the Management Board of ATM S.A. inform that the book value of the Company ATM S.A., taking into account the registration of capital increase as a result of the E and F series share issues, based on the last published quarterly report, amounts to PLN 50,128,102.91 (fifty million one hundred twenty-eight thousand one hundred two zlotys ninety-one).
