The ATM S.A. Management Board announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted today a resolution to appoint Mr. Grzegorz Domagała as a member of the ATM S.A. Supervisory Board.
Grzegorz Domagała has graduated from the Management and Marketing Faculty of the Warsaw Management and Marketing College, field of study: Financial Management. He has been active on the Polish capital market since 1994. He holds a stockbroker license. At present, he is Director of the Capital Market Department, BRE Bank Brokerage House.
Grzegorz Domagała participated in a number of successful initial and secondary public offers to both domestic and international institutional investors. For the purpose of those transactions, he took part in road shows with the investors, and in organization of the demand books. He is experienced in building and maintaining relationships with the issuers and shareholders of companies active on or competing for the regulated market.

The newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board has declared that he does not perform any activities competitive to the Company, is not a shareholder of any competitive partnership or civil partnership, and is not a member of a managing body in any competitive capital company or other legal entity. Also, he has declared that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained under the National Court Register Act.
