Resignation of President of the Management Board

In connection with the resolution adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Company on April 20, 2012 on the division of the Issuer to two separate public companies: ATM Systemy Informatyczne and ATM, the management boards of both companies see the need for the full personnel separation in the management of the two companies.
For that reason today Mr Roman Szwed resigned from office of President of the Management Board of ATM with effect from April 30, 2012. He will continue as President of the Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne. The composition of the Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne will not change and the Board of the company will continue to comprise of four persons.
Maciej Krzyżanowski, existing Vice-President of the Management Board, will run for the post of President of the Management Board in ATM S.A. He will enter upon the office after the Supervisory Board takes a decision. In connection with this amendment the Board of the company will comprise of two persons. At the same time Mr Roman Szwed expressed his intention to stand as a candidate for the Supervisory Board of ATM.
Legal basis: Article 5 (1) (21) of the Regulation on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering the information required by the provisions of law of a non-member country of February 19, 2009.
