Legal basis: Article 56 (1) item 2 of Public Offering Act — current and periodical information

Pursuant to Article 103 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009, the Management Board of ATM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, hereby informs that the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2013 will be the following:

Quarterly reports:

• Consolidated report for Q4 2012 — February 26, 2013
• Consolidated report for Q1 2013 — May 15, 2013
• Consolidated report for Q3 2013 — November 13, 2013

Half-year reports:

• Consolidated half-year report for H1 2013 with condensed half-year financial statements — August 30, 2013

Annual reports:

• Annual report for 2012 — April 30, 2013
• Consolidated annual report for 2012 — April 30, 2013

The Management Board of ATM S.A. would also like to inform that pursuant to Article 83 (1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009, they will not submit separate single quarterly and half-year reports.

The Management Board of ATM S.A. would also like to inform that in accordance with Article 101 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009, they will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2013.
