Expiration of the decision concerning Lodz Special Economic Zone

Current report 11/2013 dated 07.03.2013

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (1) of the Offer Act — confidential information

The company announces that earlier today it received an information that upon the decision dated February 27th, 2013 the Minister of Economy stated the expiration of the permission No 125 concerning including the area in Warsaw at 21a Grochowska St., where ATM conducts its business activity, into the Lodz Special Economic Zone. The before-mentioned decision is in accordance with the application submitted by ATM S.A. to the Ministry of Economy on December 28th, 2012.

The Issuer’s proposal of resigning from the Special Economic Zone was related to the ICT (integrator) business activities spin-off and to the limitation of aims and means of the company’s further development, particularly regarding the employment increase. Therefore the conditions of receiving the tax reliefs related to conducting business in the Special Economic Zone would be too expensive and impossible to realize by ATM. The maintenance of Special Economic Zone by ATM S.A. would result in carrying unnecessary organizational (reporting) and financial expenses bringing no benefits for the company.

At the same time, the company informs that resigning to conduct business in the Special Economic Zone does not influence either the ability or the legitimacy of realization the investment project under the grant of public funds, about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 54/2012 dated October 31, 2012.
