Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

Pursuant to Article 80 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state, the Management Board of ATM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020:

Quarterly reports:

  • Report for the first quarter of 2020 – May 29, 2020
  • Report for the third quarter of 2020 – November 27, 2020

Semi-annual report for the first half of 2020 – September 11, 2020

Annual report for 2019 – April 30, 2020

The Management Board of ATM S.A. also informs that pursuant to Article 79 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, they will not publish quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarter of 2020.
