Sławomir Koszołko hands the role of President of the Management Board of ATM over to Daniel Szcześniewski

The to-date President successfully completed the phase of reorganization and the company’s introduction onto the growth path entrusted to him. At the next phase, the Company will focused on strengthening the upward trend and building the position of an integrated provider of IT solutions for clients’ applications and IT projects. This phase will be the responsibility of Daniel Szcześniewski, the current head of ATM S.A.’s strategy and marketing.

Sławomir Koszołko will continue to cooperate with the company in the capacity of an advisor to the board. Together with the management team in 2017-2018, he successfully implemented the planned strategy, stabilized business processes, increased sales and operational capabilities in the Company and prepared solid foundations for continuing the ATM’s market value growth strategy. The implementation of the next phase focused on business development and value growth will be taken up by Daniel Szcześniewski, who contributed to the success of ATM S.A. and to date has been acting as the Chief Marketing Officer.

“The Company has undergone an important phase of reorganization, process streamlining, building facilities and integrating commercial and operational efforts to the benefit of clients. This was a great merit of Sławomir Koszołko and we will continue to benefit from his experience. Thanks to the changes, ATM S.A. has entered new tracks, making the Company a platform for further growth. As the results show, already today the Company is the beneficiary of these changes. We perceive them as a critical foundation for further commercial development. However, new challenges are ahead of us,” said Piotr Sieluk, Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of ATM S.A.

“Daniel Szcześniewski is a natural candidate to lead ATM S.A. through the next phase, focused strongly around commercial aspects, development of sales of colocation, server and cloud services and increase in value for clients and shareholders. We have followed his activity in the Company for almost two years. He is fully committed to it, knows the ongoing and planned projects, has substantive background, knows the industry, market and products. I am convinced that his ability to take a strategic outlook, activity, entrepreneurship and sales orientation will lead the Company to achieve the planned growth,” added Piotr Sieluk.

Daniel Szcześniewski joined ATM S.A. at the beginning of June 2017 at the position of Chief Marketing Officer.

Daniel Szcześniewski has been engaged in the telecommunications market for 15 years. He has many years of experience in the field of sales and marketing gained in international companies. He started his career at Energis Polska dealing with the management of ICT products. He continued his career at GTS Energis, then GTS Poland, where he was the director of the product management department. He was responsible for building sales and product strategy, developing and implementing customer value growth strategies, creating and implementing revenue budgets. He contributed to the success of internationalization of the GTS Central Europe business. He actively participated in the processes of integration of products and sales channels after the acquisition of GTS Central Europe by Deutsche Telekom. He spent the last years in T-Mobile Polska where he was responsible for marketing and management of the corporate segment, large enterprises and the SME sector. He specializes in creating and implementing go-to-market strategies for products from the broadly understood ICT sector. He is 38 years old. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology.
