Data Centre Operations Standard (DCOS)

Atman Data Centers Warsaw-1 and Warsaw-2 comply with the requirements of Data Centre Operations Standard from EPI. Atman is the first company in Europe to obtain the EPI-DCOS certification.

DCOS-4 certification provides a guarantee not only that the operator’s procedures are well-defined, but also that their application is documented, and their quality and adequacy are constantly monitored. All this ensures the very high availability of the services provided at Atman’s data centers.

 
 

Zero Outage is a quality assurance program implemented by T-Systems. Its goal is to minimize downtime and maximize business continuity, and effective incident management is a substantial element of the program.

And to safeguard high quality standards in terms of service delivery and prompt incident resolution with effective root cause analysis, T-Systems collaborates with reliable suppliers and partners, which are verified under real-world conditions every year (Zero Outage Approval Program).

ATM S.A. has been granted a certificate issued by BSI (British Standards Institution), certifying that Atman services comply with the Statement of Applicability, and the company operates based on the Information Security Management System compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, covering delivery and maintenance of telecommunications services and data center services, including data transmission, Internet access, colocation, hosting, dedicated servers and cloud computing.
