The Management Board of ATM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter “the Company”) announces that today the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company has increased the number of members of the Company’s Supervisory Board to six and appointed Ms. Kinga Stanisławska as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

Kinga Stanisławska
A Managing Partner and Founder of Experior Venture Fund in charge of overall activities of the Fund, including acquisition and selection of projects, building the value of the Fund’s portfolio companies, supervision of disinvestment processes, supervision of acquisition of debt financing by the Fund’s portfolio companies and relations between investors, the Equity Fund and the management company.
A financier and a lawyer active in banking for 16 years, she combines experience in investment banking (mergers and acquisitions, acquisition of financing through stock exchange floatations, private equity, debt financing through loans and debt securities) and direct equity investments (private equity, mezzanine). She has rich experience in providing advisory in bankruptcy and composition processes.
Before founding Experior, she was a global head of telecoms, media and IT at Raiffeisen lnvestment in Vienna. She started her banking career at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) in London, and then held managerial positions at ING Barings, also in London, where she was responsible for floatations of companies from EMEA countries. In 2001-2007, as a Principal at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London and Warsaw, she was responsible for investments in shareholdings on the private and public markets, co-investments with other PE funds and structured financing from the sector of telecoms, media, new technologies and infrastructure in Central and Eastern European countries and the Commonwealth of Independent States. She was involved in ownership supervision of selected companies in which the EBRD was an investor.
She is a member of the Program Board of Vital Voices Chapter Poland.

A graduate of the University of Manchester (UMIST).
A graduate of the European Institute for Higher Business Studies (IECS) in Strasbourg.
A graduate of the Law and Administration Department of the University of Warsaw.
Completed The General Manager Program #14 at the Harvard Business School in Boston.

According to the statements submitted, Ms. Kinga Stanisławska:
- is not conducting any activities that are competitive to the Company and is not a partner in any competing civil or other partnerships or an officer of any limited liability companies or any other competing corporate entities;
- is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act;
- meets the requirements for an independent Member of the Supervisory Board of ATM S.A. set forth in the Articles of Association and the Rules of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
