Change of the date of publication of the annual report for 2019

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of ATM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw informs that the date of publication of the annual report for 2019 has changed. This report will be published on April, 24, 2020. According to the Issuer’s original plan, the annual report for 2019 was to be published on April 30, 2020, which the Issuer informed about in Current Report No. 01/2020 of January 31, 2020.
